Wednesday & Thursday in Phoenix (15th & 16th)

We slept through a good part of the day on Wednesday getting caught up on our rest. Once we were up, we decided to work on our blog for a bit and just hang out. We finally made it out of the house for our dinner at the Paisley Violin Cafe, which was fantastic!

It was really cool to see the sky change so drastically from clear and blue to stormy, windy, and ominous. It never really rained where we were, but I'm sure it rained somewhere. This was taken when we were driving around Phoenix; Josh was giving Jenn the grand tour.

The next day we made it out of bed much earlier and ate a delicious lunch at the Pita Jungle while my wonderful Mazda got an oil change. Jenn and I were glad to have a day of no driving and a whole lot of nothing to do.

This is my brother Josh. He's great. I miss him lots and am glad we got to stop by Phoenix for a short hello and hang out.

After lunch and picking up my newly refreshed car, my brother took us by the radio station where he had to fix some sort of electrical thing. I spent the time taking many, many pictures, of which only a few have made it on here, and Jenn asked lots of questions...which made the time go by quickly.

Ahh, Scottsdale. The suburban land next to Phoenix, which we drove through on our way to our (Josh and mine) cousin Derek's house. Josh took us to Urban Outfitters so that Jenn and I could purchase our first Dunny. It was a special surprise!

This is my cousin's daughter, Ella. She is sooo cute!

Coloring with Ella. She knows all her colors and is quite the smart little girl!
